What happens to your mind when you do not need it to do something important?

It defers to its default mode, known as the Default Mode Network, which is when the mind 'wanders' to the past or imagines the future. This type of 'wandering' is linked to our psychological wellbeing, which can greatly affect our physical health. In other words, these type of thoughts often create negative storylines, putting us or keeping us in, negative emotions. At the least, they take us away from our reality and what is happening around us.

Meditation and practices that focus and quiet our mind suppress this 'wandering' part (DMN) and activate our Central Executive Network (responsible for focus and attention). Over time through practice, our CEN becomes online more, and our DMN less, which means that we have better ability to focus and pay attention to the things that we actually want to, and are less taken in by the negative thoughts in our mind.

Coaching

One to one sessions with Jade, focused on clearing the mind of it's agitations, leading to peace, balance and clarity. This is done through proven methods of emotional processing of past painful experiences, changing limiting beliefs and perspectives, practices to ground awareness in the present moment, mental focus training and much more.

Kambo Cleanse

Kambo is a powerful cleansing tool, ridding the body of impurities such as bacterial, fungal, viral and parasitic, leading to clarity of mind, a lighter body, and access to stuck or suppressed emotions. Energy rebalancing / Reiki

Not only do we have a physical body but we also have an energetic field, something that ancient medicine all over the world has spoken of for millennia. In this modern world of distractions, toxins and consumerism, it is easy to become energetically heavy and unbalanced. Energy rebalancing/Reiki are healing sessions that help to clear and lighten the energy field, leaving you feeling lighter, more relaxed and balanced.

Transformational Courses

1, 3 and 6 month transformational courses available for those who are serious about change. The course is designed to support you on a longer term basis, offering accountability and structure to ground and deepen your process and integration. The way is simple but the mind will overcomplicate. The more practice and discipline, the easier and more natural this will become.
