Below are the services that support 'Freedom From Thought'. Thoughts can be the cause of great joy, through inspiration, new ideas and revelations, but they can also cause us great pain. Just one thought can change our mood, and how we think of ourselves, we become. Thoughts are mostly a product of past experience, they are often a repeat of the same old stories and require a level of attention in order to change. If we change the way we think, we change the way we live, for example seeing life challenges as opportunities to learn and grow, as opposed to situations we find ourselves powerless to. All of the below can support this change.

Coaching
One to one sessions with Jade, focused on clearing the mind of it's agitations, leading to peace, balance and clarity. This is done through proven methods of emotional processing of past painful experiences, changing limiting beliefs and perspectives, practices to ground awareness in the present moment, mental focus training and much more.

Kambo Cleanse
Kambo is a powerful cleansing tool, ridding the body of impurities such as bacterial, fungal, viral and parasitic, leading to clarity of mind, a lighter body, and access to stuck or suppressed emotions. Found amongst the indigenous people of the Amazon but now widely used to combat addiction and change the habitual mind, as well as a deep detox or 'reset'.
£150 for package which includes 2 x 45 minute calls 1 week before and after the Kambo session.

Energy rebalancing / Reiki
Not only do we have a physical body but we also have an energetic field, something that ancient medicine all over the world has spoken of for millennia. In this modern world of distractions, toxins and consumerism, it is easy to become energetically heavy and unbalanced. Energy rebalancing/Reiki are healing sessions that help to clear and lighten the energy field, leaving you feeling lighter, more relaxed and balanced.

Transformational Courses
1, 3 and 6 month transformational courses available for those who are serious about change. The courses can include but not limited to; weekly 90 minute coaching call, kambo cleanses, reiki/energy healing sessions, breathwork, soundbaths, cacao ceremony, juicing diet, creative spaces, alternative healing methods. The courses may be conducted solely by Jade, or there could be other skilled professionals brought in to support with their expertise. The course is created following a consultation and is completely centred around you.​
